Allied Data Corporation was formed in June 1993 by R.T. Blair.  Mr. Blair had been successful in the collection industry for over 20 years prior to forming ADC.  The company quickly grew thanks to past client relationships and the hard work and dedication of many key employees.  Allied Data Corp. has been in its prestigious location since its inception..

For our clients’ security, as well as our own, all employees are thoroughly screened and have submitted to personal background checks.  ADC maintains an HR Department that is responsible for the hiring, screening, initial training and testing of all collection personnel.  

ADC maintains an active MIS department to ensure that any client requirements in the way of programming or any special computer functions can be obtained. Mr. Don Dickerson heads up our IT Department and has been with us since 1997.  Our collection software platform is WinDebtXL by Lonestar Turnkey Systems.  

We employ only PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED COLLECTORS.  One slip or wrong statement could harm a client's reputation.  That's where ADC's stringent training program requirements pay off.  Your business is our business and, your reputation is our reputation.  All processing, statements, letters and reports on accounts are handled on ADC's in-house computer system.  There are no computer requirements we cannot meet.  Our investment in technology assures that your accounts are worked promptly... without regard to collection cost.  NO COLLECTION PROBLEM IS TOO SMALL:  ADC handles all accounts on behalf of our clients... regardless of location, nationwide.  

In addition to being one of the BEST PRIMARY agencies, ADC also handles REASSIGNMENT ACCOUNTS.  WHAT IS REASSIGNMENT?  Simply stated, Reassignment is recalling an account, after a reasonable period of time, from the previous agency and REASSIGNING the account to another agency.  The most important benefit, of course, is the additional revenue generated on behalf of the client.

Common industry practice is to return any account that has had no activity for six months.  An inactive account is just that: Inactive.  Reassignment creates a healthy competition between the previous agency and reassignment agency. This competition results in increased account service, productivity and collection results for both the pervious and reassignment agencies. Often, a new collection approach can produce results.   In other cases, a debtor may not give much thought or priority to a past due account without continual prompting to pay ... even if the debtor's financial situation has changed.  Through Reassignment, clients are assured that all possible efforts have been made to collect. You maintain control of the accounts. You stay in charge.
